Courtyard Heights Apartments in Pullman, WA is

by PDA. A ten unit complex located in an existing
neighborhood, the project includes a renovated home
surrounded by eight additional apartment units. The
project was completed utilizing a fast track
design-build process for occupancy in Fall 2006.

the River Trail Apartments in southeast
Pullman, WA. The project, adjoining the
WSU campus, will provide quality housing
